Vedanta ensures the composition of its Aluminium 7075 fittings is perfectly balanced: around 5.6–6.1% Zinc, 2.1–2.5% Magnesium, 1.2–1.6% Copper, with minor amounts of Chromium, Iron, Silicon, and others. These fittings have very good mechanical properties, such as a tensile strength of approximately 572 MPa and yield strength of 503 MPa, thus being one of the strongest aluminium alloys on the market.
