Vedanta Aluminium’s Aluminium 1050 Chequered Plates consist of 99.5% pure aluminium content, which provides superior corrosion resistance and high heat conductivity. These plates have a Brinelling Hardness of about 34 HB with tensile strength of 60–100 MPa. The material exhibits excellent ductility and formability, making it suitable for bending, shaping operations. While providing low mechanical strength, they are very well suited for those applications that demand good appearance, conductivity, and resistance to atmospheric conditions.
