Aluminium 19000 Foils are made from high-purity aluminium, typically featuring over 99% aluminium with only trace amounts of iron, silicon, and other elements. This alloy belongs to the 1xxx series, celebrated for its outstanding corrosion resistance, thermal and electrical conductivity, and excellent workability. The foil exhibits moderate strength, with tensile strength ranging from 60 to 100 MPa, depending on its temper and thickness. While it can’t be heat-treated, it can be strengthened through cold working.
